I am conducting research focusing on the role and impact of Top Management Teams (TMTs) in modern enterprises. In complex business environments, it is difficult for individual leaders to address internal and external organizational challenges solely with their knowledge. Therefore, the establishment of TMTs responsible for strategic decision-making has become imperative. My research analyzes the theoretical development of TMTs, the characteristics and composition of their members, team processes, and the influence of the external environment, in order to examine how TMTs affect corporate activities and performance. In particular, I have empirically investigated the impact of TMT diversity in Chinese enterprises on research and development, philanthropic activities, and corporate growth and sustainability. Unlike findings in overseas studies, TMT diversity in Chinese firms has been shown to produce not only positive effects but also negative ones. More recently, I have also been exploring the influence of female executives and issues related to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

地域や産業界、自治体に向けて

My research provides insights and forecasts on corporate trends and growth based on observable data. In recent years, I have visited local high schools annually and periodically offered special lectures. Additionally, I lead students each year in participating in volunteer activities and international exchange programs.
